WATERPROOFING SERVICES

Ery Construction is a fully licensed exterior waterproofing company and can assist you with a litany of waterproofing services; including basement waterproofing, area around the house or building perimeter.

CEMENT STUCCO SERVICES

Ery Construction offers services in cement stucco. The cement stucco is applied with a complete wire mesh as a structure followed by two coats of cement.

Since this job requires proper grading of the cement on the wall for aesthetic purposes we have the best craftsman to do the job.

THOROCOAT SERVICES

Ery Construction offers some of the greatest solutions when it comes to making your house or building watertight. We offer a water-based acrylic 100% coating on the exterior masonry and stucco and this service protects the embedded steel from corrosion. We also offer special freeze/thaw resistant product application services.

Not only this works requires a great deal of precision to mix this product for your project but also good workmanship and at Ery Construction we carry both.

SIDEWALK INSTALLATION AND REPAIR SERVICES

Aesthetic appeal is not only the reason you should maintain your sidewalk. It’s also the law. According to the NYC administrative code, property owners are required to install, repair and maintain the sidewalks adjacent to their properties.

We met Ery a couple of years ago when he was doing some beautiful work for a number of our neighbors. That prompted us to hire him for a couple of small projects. Fast forward a couple of years, and we discovered that some water was seeping into our basement after very heavy rainfalls. We called Ery Construction, and he came to check out the situation right away. He began work almost immediately, and from there, we decided to tackle some larger projects. It began with redoing our driveway -- but not just repaving it. It was very steep, and he brought it down to a much more manageable level. Work continued with his crew redoing the concrete around the front perimeter of our house, being careful to grade it away from our foundation. Lastly, they also redid both our front and side entry steps. He and his crew showed up on time every day -- of course, that's what you hope for when you hire someone, but it turns out that's not always the case. Try working with someone who doesn't do that (it has happened to us in the past), and you'll be very frustrated. Ery and his crew's work was done meticulously and quickly. All of my neighbors were very happy with their work also. I recommend Ery without reservation!
